Based in Sebastopol, CoolWine has been providing industrial refrigeration and heating solutions to wineries and beverage producers for more than 30 years. We specialize exclusively in temperature control systems for the beverage industry, offering equipment for rent, purchase, and lease to support both seasonal and long-term production needs.

As a design/build refrigeration contractor, we understand that no two facilities operate the same way. Our team works directly with clients to deliver temporary or permanent refrigeration solutions that improve efficiency, maintain precise temperature control, and protect product quality throughout fermentation, aging, storage, and bottling.

CoolWine operates the largest fleet of portable chiller/heater rentals in the United States, along with glycol drop-in cooling plates for T-bins and fan coil systems for heating or cooling barrel rooms and bottling facilities. Every solution we provide is selected for real-world winery performance — not theory.
